This is an important blog, worth reading and thinking about. I have to wonder if it’s not a bit self-serving by the “responsible brand” community — the implication is that consumers only care if brands are “responsible” — but the idea and the thinking is really interesting.
Once again, consumer cynicism is flashing red lights: bear in mind the marketer’s best friend (apathy) is the other side of the same coin.
